DEL PLATA FRINGE SOCIETY (a story for @netflix)

'We don't really know what year it is. We only know we're on the other side of a major catastrophic event or something like that. Yeah, I guess it makes sense. That must have been when the solar flares burned all of the satellites and whatever was left of this tecno-feudalist, virtual-reality garbage of a society threw us out of Smart-City #310.

Now, we're out there. Or out here, one might say. This is home now. We don't live on Smart-City no more. We're not subject to its laws. We're on the Fringe, outcasts at last. And we're not complaining about it...'

Meet Jorge Newton, aka 'the Duke'. He's a Gang Member living on the infamous Fringe Areas outside of Smart-City #310, also known as Del Plata Smart City. His purpose? To take control of the Quarzaline trade, which is one the grade A drugs the rich kids from the Smart-City come looking for all of the time. That's no easy task though... there's other gangs out there, plenty of activity to keep him with his eyes wide open. Things change, however, when Del Plata City Mayor announces a plan to erase the Fringe Areas from the map. But Newton has a plan... will the gangs be able to join forces in time and resist the ongoing assault t of the Technocratic Empire?

'Del Plata Fringe Society' is set in a dystopian society years in the future, where Smart-Cities and Non-Technological Fringe Areas are divided.
